Outside Time

I kick the kids outside every day after lunch.  Tuesday they were quite excited because they got snow.  (That’s what we call snow in the desert.)

After rolling snowballs up and down the street, successfully at that, they moved to the back for a snack break.  Knowing how things are done, they promptly lit a fire on top of their next stump target.

It’s going down.  …Eventually.

Then Rahab popped by the back door for a spot of tea.  And eventually I let them all back in and washed everything they owned.

Have I ever mentioned that I love these little weirdos?  I must.
